Mr. Ed Wright previously applied for a right-of-way (reported in CRR-04-616p). A request for a realignment of the right-of-way prompted the present survey. Because the new alignment crosses a block of BLM-administered land wedged between private parcels, the present survey was expanded to cover the entire public land block.
