Mr. Robert Lewis and Mr. Paul Lewis of Moapa, Clark County, Nevada have applied to the Bureau of Land Management, Las Vegas District for entry onto this land for the purposes of agriculture. This would involve leveling and plowing the land in preparation for seeding which would completely alter the surface of the land and any cultural resources located on it.
